When food meets slimming – is it really possible to eat easily until you are thin?

This procedure (known as metabolism of methanone, as distinguished from ketosis) is initiated when insulin concentrations are low; when blood glucose concentrations are low (mainly before meals) insulin is also lowest in the normal body. After a meal, carbohydrates (e.g., glucose or starch [forming glucose chains]) produce most of the blood glucose and can be counted. Because fiber is not readily digestible, it produces little energy and does not significantly affect glucose or insulin concentrations. Metabolism of methylone includes lipolysis – where certain lipids stored in fat cells are converted to blood.  . But this diet is not completely healthy, it can produce dizziness, weakness and other manifestations of hypoglycemia and liver and muscle damage, ketoacidosis, etc. So yeah, no matter how good the dieting diet seems to be, it’s not as healthy and effective as exercise.
