Celiac disease is a manifestation of a variety of clinical conditions. Celiac disease is named for its varying degrees of milky white appearance and the presence of celiac fluid in the urine. There is a correlation between the symptoms exhibited by celiac disease and the disease that causes it. The more common causes of celiac disease are filariasis and celiac tuberculosis. 1. In celiac disease caused by filariasis, the early lesion is lymphangitis, with lymphatic vessel obstruction occurring in the later stages. After developing into celiac disease, the urine resembles soy milk or slop and is cloudy. In addition to the manifestations of celiac disease there are also manifestations of lymphedema and testicular syringomyelia. Celiac pleural effusion appears. Treatment is mainly anti-filarial treatment and surgery if necessary. 2. The condition caused by tuberculosis in the abdominal cavity can cause celiac disease, in which the urine is cloudy like milk. It can also cause generalized fever and manifestations of tuberculosis toxicity. The blood sedimentation is increased on blood sampling and the tuberculin test is positive. Ultrasound examination of the abdomen is required. Treatment is mainly anti-tuberculosis therapy or surgery for intestinal resection. For celiac disease, the diagnosis is usually confirmed by the change in the nature of urine, cloudy urine, such as soy milk or milk, and also by actively identifying the cause of celiac disease and treating it systematically.
