The result of arteriosclerosis: hardening of the blood vessels, lumen narrowing, occlusion caused by ischemia; vascular elasticity is reduced, when the blood pressure rises, it is easy to rupture the blood vessels, causing bleeding. This eventually leads to dysfunction and failure of the heart, brain, kidneys and other major organs, resulting in reduced or life-threatening quality of life.  Prevention of cardiovascular disease is to prevent atherosclerosis: As we age, atherosclerosis is the natural degeneration of blood vessels, but many factors can contribute to its early occurrence. Some expert studies have concluded that: the possibility of atherosclerosis occurring in humans after the age of 55 is almost 100%, only the degree varies. In recent years, research has found that the age of atherosclerosis is advancing, and it is now not uncommon for atherosclerosis to occur in the 30s and 40s. Therefore, prevention of atherosclerosis should be started from children, starting from now.  3.Risk factors promoting atherosclerosis: Major factors: hypertension, hyperlipidemia, smoking, diabetes, family genetics.  Secondary factors: sleep apnea, obesity, hyperuricemia, hyperhomocysteinemia, chronic high tension, excessive stress, too little physical activity, irregular life, excessive fat and salt intake, infection by certain pathogenic bacteria, etc.  4, the prevention of risk factors: control of hypertension: hypertension is one of the main risk factors of atherosclerosis, but also one of the results of atherosclerosis.
