Bronchiolo-lymphatic fistula is considered to be caused by thoracic malignant tumor, thoracic tuberculosis and surgical factors. 1. Chest malignant tumor: lung cancer, mediastinal tumor, lymphoma and other malignant tumors, due to the cancerous tissue erosion of bronchial tubes, chest wall tissues and so on, which can cause channels between bronchial tubes and lymph nodes, resulting in the occurrence of broncholymphatic fistula. 2. Surgical factors: chest surgery due to lung or lobectomy localized peribronchial lymph node clearance, stump too long or anastomotic dilatation and so on may cause the bronchial tube and lymph node abnormal channel, then cause bronchial lymphatic fistula occurs.
