The main diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease interventions with Chinese and Western medicine

Coronary artery disease is caused by atherosclerosis of the coronary arteries resulting in narrowing of the lumen and insufficient blood supply to the heart muscle. Coronary stent implantation is performed by placing a stent at the site of coronary stenosis to open the vessel, restore blood flow and improve myocardial ischemia; coronary artery bypass surgery is performed by taking the patient’s own blood vessel and transplanting it to the distal vessel of the narrowed or blocked vessel to restore myocardial blood supply. Drug treatment is the basic means of treating coronary heart disease, and coronary stenting and bypass surgery, as the main treatment for modern patients with coronary heart disease, can significantly improve patients’ quality of life and reduce the mortality rate of acute myocardial infarction, and have been well known to the majority of patients. However, there are still some patients with recurrent symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath and weakness for a period of time after stenting and coronary artery bypass grafting, which can even last for a longer period of time, affecting patients’ medium and long-term outcomes and reducing their quality of life. On the basis of standardized treatment with Western medicine, individualized treatment of patients after coronary stenting or coronary artery bypass grafting combined with Chinese medicine identification can significantly promote postoperative recovery, reduce recurrence of angina pectoris, improve exercise tolerance and improve quality of life.? After coronary artery disease stent implantation, patients still have uncomfortable symptoms, including angina attack, poor recovery and unsatisfactory effect of western medicine treatment alone; 2. 4. Patients with coronary artery disease who have angina pectoris with a small amount of activity but wish to improve their activity tolerance and quality of life by combining Chinese and Western medicine; 5. Patients who have acute myocardial infarction and wish to improve their symptoms and quality of life by combining Chinese and Western medicine with rehabilitation treatment after stabilization; 6. Patients who have restenosis after stent intervention for coronary artery disease and wish to adopt combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment.
