What Causes Ankle Pain

There are many causes of pain in the ankle. The common ones in internal medicine, such as gouty arthritis, are pains that appear suddenly after drinking alcohol, eating seafood or animal offal, and need to be given in conjunction with blood uric acid. Secondly, it depends on the presence of trauma, the presence of tumors or rheumatic connective tissue diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. The clinical diagnosis should be based on the patient’s complaints, clinical manifestations, physical examination and auxiliary examinations (rheumatoid factor, x-ray row film, serum uric acid, etc.) to clarify the diagnosis and then give treatment.
