Fasciitis is a chronic strain injury, and the swelling is usually not very pronounced in this condition, but the pain around it is very pronounced. It is mainly treated with physical therapy. First, more scalding and more hot compresses to improve the surrounding circulation. Secondly, after scalding and hot compressing, massage gently to avoid overdoing it and affecting re-injury. Third, reduce activities, and recently avoid cold or local trauma, so as not to cause another attack.
