How to recognize pancreatic cancer or pancreatitis?

Cardia cancer or carditis belongs to two different nature diseases, which are mainly recognized as below: 1. Carditis: belongs to inflammatory infection, gastric and esophageal reflux, leading to upward movement of gastric acid, gastric acid burns the esophageal mucosa or cardia, which can cause local inflammatory lesions, and cardia tumors may be induced by prolonged and repeated inflammatory stimulation of the cardia. 2. Cardia cancer: belongs to malignant tumor, under gastroscope, it can be manifested as localized lesions of cancerous foci, these foci often have unclear boundaries, and the surface is not smooth, it can be manifested as unevenness, the center of the foci can be liquefied and necrotic and form cancerous ulcers, and the bottom of the ulcers will often be covered with some dirty moss and bleeding phenomena. Pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer are two concepts, pancreatitis is the inflammatory reaction of pancreatic, while pancreatic cancer is the tumor in the pancreatic area, which grows continuously and finally causes the narrowing and obstruction between esophagus and pancreatic area of the patient, resulting in the inability of the patient to eat and affecting the nutritional function.
