How to prevent twisted pronunciation due to alveolar inflammation?

A twang sound is a very thin, uniform and consistent wet rumble. It often indicates lesions of the lung parenchyma, such as alveolar inflammation. Once alveolar inflammation is present, immediate removal from the exposure environment, bed rest, and oxygen therapy should be given to those with significant respiratory distress and cyanosis. Patients in the acute phase are treated with symptomatic therapy and short-term high-dose hormone therapy, prednisone 60 mg/d orally for 4 weeks and then gradually reduced until discontinued, with good results. Re-exposure to known pathogenic antigens should be avoided. Hormones can also be tried in the chronic phase, but the efficacy is not satisfactory. Complete avoidance of exposure to disease-causing organic dust is the most fundamental control measure for alveolar inflammation.       1, improve the production environment, pay attention to dust control, ventilation, strict compliance with operating procedures such as harvested hay and grains should be dried into the barn; places where birds are kept often clean, proper disposal of bird droppings.       2.Water in the wetter and air conditioning system to keep clean and avoid pollution.       3.For those who work in the organic dust pollution environment, it is appropriate to make regular medical supervision.       4.People with obvious chronic respiratory diseases such as chronic wheezing bronchitis, bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema and those with allergic constitution should not be engaged in close contact with organic dust work.
