Lung lymph nodes are not necessarily cancerous and can be caused by a variety of factors that need to be analyzed on a case-by-case basis. If the patient’s lung lymph nodes are small, most of them are considered to be originated from common inflammation of the lungs or interstitial lung diseases, such as nodular disease. If there are multiple enlarged lymph nodes larger than 1cm, accompanied by lung masses, it is necessary to investigate the possibility of malignancy, and it is recommended that the patient undergoes enhanced CT of the chest, tumor markers, and other relevant examinations. If the nodes are large, ultrasonic bronchoscopy can also be used to take lymph node tissue for puncture pathology biopsy to clarify the diagnosis. In addition, the treatment of pulmonary lymph nodes is difficult and requires a relatively long process, so patients should have a correct understanding. It is recommended that the patient should have a light diet, avoid spicy and stimulating food, avoid smoking and alcohol, and have a regular work and rest schedule to avoid staying up all night.
