Scabies is a common epidermal parasitic disease caused by scabies infection. Therefore, even if scabies is serious, it is limited to inflammatory allergy of the skin and various infectious manifestations. Even if scabies is severe, it does not affect the patient’s normal life expectancy and does not induce other organ failure or other conditions. However, scabies can cause intense itching and is found on delicate areas of the skin. Therefore, patients with severe scabies may scratch themselves repeatedly because of repeated itching, and in this case, they may easily scratch these parts of the skin that are particularly delicate. After a long period of time, these areas may have eczema-like manifestations, and the skin may even be thickened significantly and show moss-like changes. And also many patients, thus inducing a variety of skin bacterial infections occur.
