Is Glutathione 57 U/L serious?

Glutathione transaminase 57U/L is not very serious and is a mild positive liver function abnormality. Most of the mild liver function abnormalities are due to non-pathological factors, such as poor rest, staying up late, drinking alcohol, and strenuous exercise may lead to mildly increased liver function. However, ultrasound of liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen and hepatitis B and C should be checked to rule out pathological conditions that may lead to increased liver function. If pathological factors are ruled out, non-pathological factors are considered to cause increased liver function. Therefore, as long as you take good rest, don’t stay up late, don’t drink alcohol, and exercise properly, liver function can basically return to normal after removing the above triggers.
