Pathology after lung nodule resection is malignant, usually after simple lung nodule resection, intraoperative rapid frozen pathology examination suggests malignancy, need to be based on the patient’s stage of different, to take surgery to expand the treatment, postoperative radiotherapy, targeted drug therapy, immunotherapy and other comprehensive treatment measures. Early and middle stage patients with intraoperative rapid frozen pathology suggestive of malignancy need to continue the surgery and have the corresponding lymph node regions cleared, and some early and all middle stage patients need to be given postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy, and some others need to be given adjuvant radiotherapy. For some patients whose lung nodules are malignant after resection, genetic testing and expression testing of immune status are also needed, and according to different test results, targeted drug therapy or immunotherapy will be chosen to improve symptoms and prolong survival.
