What is glans tethering

The glans tether is a raised fold of skin under the penis that connects the foreskin, glans, and penis also called the prepuce tether. The prepuce tether is rich in vascular tissue inside and has a strong stretch that can elongate when the penis is erect or shorten when it is shortened. It is also very sensitive to external stimulation and is a sexually sensitive part of the male body. Some people have a hypersensitive foreskin tie, which reduces the pleasure of sexual intercourse, and everyone’s development is different. Some people have a short glans tether in the penis erection when the penis will be biased downward, if too much force during sexual intercourse will also cause pain and bleeding of the foreskin tether, or even lead to the tether rupture situation. If there is bleeding or fracture, usually only a simple bandage is needed to heal, before healing to avoid sexual intercourse, so as not to cause a second bleeding or fracture when the penis is erect.
