If a pulmonary nodule is found during physical examination or chest CT examination, and the imaging diagnosis suggests the possibility of malignant lesions, early surgical resection is recommended, and the clinical treatment pathway is as follows: 1. For pulmonary nodules with slightly larger diameter and higher density, they can be directly wedge resected, usually during minimally invasive thoracoscopic surgery in lung tissue that can be touched by fingers. 2. In the case of purely ground glass nodules, preoperative CT-guided localization is required, followed by minimally invasive surgical wedge resection.
