A high pressure of 122 mmHg and a low pressure of 47 mmHg is not normal. High pressure is systolic blood pressure (sBP), which is the blood pressure measured during systole of the heart, and low pressure is diastolic blood pressure (dBP), which is the blood pressure measured during diastole of the heart. A normal person’s systolic blood pressure is usually 120mmHg-90mmHg and diastolic blood pressure is 80mmHg-60mmHg. A systolic blood pressure lower than 90mmHg or a diastolic blood pressure lower than 60mmHg is considered low blood pressure, and a low blood pressure of 47mmHg is considered low blood pressure. When the body lacks vitamin B12, folic acid will lead to low blood pressure, too thin will lead to low blood pressure, anemia will also lead to low blood pressure. Inaccurate blood pressure measurements or a low number of measurements may lead to inaccurate blood pressure measurements. It is recommended to go to a regular hospital and consult a medical professional for timely detection of lesions and early treatment.
