The reason why pancreatic cancer is called the king of cancers; is that it is often in the middle and late stages when it is detected, because the symptoms of early pancreatic cancer are not typical and it is more difficult to diagnose, and at the same time, pancreatic cancer is prone to metastasis earlier, and the metastatic pathways include abdominal implantation metastasis, lymphatic metastasis, and bloodstream metastasis. The natural survival time of pancreatic cancer tends to be between six months and one year. After treatment, the response of the disease itself to treatment ultimately affects the patient’s prognosis. The clinical manifestations of pancreatic cancer depend on the location of the cancer, the early stage of the disease, the presence or absence of metastases, and the involvement of adjacent organs. Its clinical features are short duration, rapid progression and rapid deterioration. The most common symptoms are upper abdominal fullness, discomfort and pain. Although there is self-conscious pain, not all patients have pressure pain, and if there is pressure pain, it is consistent with the site of self-conscious pain.
