The instructions for the use of loratadine syrup are: for those who are 12 years of age or older, the dosage is 10 ml once a day for those who use the drug, while the dosage for the group of children between 2 and 12 years of age is 10 ml once a day for those weighing more than 30 kilograms, and 5 ml once a day for those weighing less than 30 kilograms. Loratadine tablets as well as loratadine syrup are just different drug formulations, their efficacy is the same, mainly used for the treatment of chronic urticaria, itchy skin disease and other allergic skin diseases, but also can be used to alleviate allergic rhinitis caused by nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing and so on.
