At the same time, it advocates the principle of “nourishing the yang in spring and summer, and nourishing the yin in autumn and winter”. In terms of the fundamental interests of human beings to prevent diseases and fight aging, and to prolong life, it is not enough to adapt to the changes of the natural environment, but more important to transform nature to serve human beings. In the Nei Jing Su Wen, Shang Gu Tian Zhen Lun, it is said that “to bring up heaven and earth, to grasp yin and yang” means to transform nature so that the changes in nature are under my control.
