How much do you know about freckles?

Freckles are dark brown spots that occur on the face and are autosomal dominant, often with a family history. The lesions appear on the face, especially on the nose and cheeks, but also on the back of the hands, neck and shoulders. The lesions appear as light brown to dark brown spots, ranging from a few sparse to hundreds of dense clusters, isolated and not fused. The emergence of freckles seriously affects the image and self-confidence of women who love beauty, and in the past, many women came to the hospital to consult what special treatment is available. Our department has introduced many advanced equipments such as Q-modulated laser 532nm and 755nm laser, which are mainly used to remove pigmented skin lesions. It uses the principle of photoluminescence, i.e. through the ultra-pulse time of millisecond and subtle level, it instantly penetrates through the epidermis of the skin to reach the deeper layer of the skin, so that the pigment particles inside the skin are instantly crushed, and the crushed pigment particles are engulfed by the macrophages of the body and slowly transported away. Since the specific wavelength of the laser only works on the pigment particles, the epidermis of the skin is rarely or not damaged, and no scars are left on the skin. Q-modulated 532nm or 755nm laser for freckle removal is usually sufficient for 1-2 times. Individuals with deeper pigmentation and poor post-surgery sun protection may need to be treated again. After the treatment, no trace of freckles can be found on the skin, and it is generally not easy to recur if you pay attention to strict sun protection after the operation. After a lot of clinical practice, it is proved that laser treatment for freckles is a safe and effective treatment method with good efficacy, little side effects and no scars, which brings gospel to all freckle friends.
