Shaping a showy and straight nasal tip with aesthetics is not an easy task, involving cartilage sutures, nasal small column support and shield transplantation of the nasal tip, which requires several methods depending on the patient’s specific situation. Pre- and post-operative frontal photos This patient had multiple removals after rhinoplasty injections, local depressions, and an enlarged nasal head, septal cartilage was used to perform nasal small column support, nasal wing cartilage lateral foot reduction, and nasal tip shield transplantation, and the nasal head was significantly reduced after surgery.
