What should I do to prevent chronic kidney disease?

World Kidney Day is jointly proposed by the International Society of Nephrology and the International Kidney Foundation, and is celebrated on the second Thursday of March each year. Its objectives are 1. to raise awareness of the high morbidity and mortality of chronic kidney disease and its associated cardiovascular diseases; 2. to make people realize that early detection and prevention of chronic kidney disease is an urgent global problem that needs to be addressed. 2016 World Kidney Day is on March 10. Second, World Kidney Disease Day 2016 World Kidney Disease Day 2016 is necessary to focus on kidney disease in children and adult kidney disease that may migrate from childhood. Acute kidney injury in children from a variety of different causes can have long-term sequelae that lead to chronic kidney disease (CKD) years later. Most of the causes of CKD in children are congenital, and some are secondary to kidney injury caused by complications of non-renal disease. CKD in children not only leads to increased morbidity and mortality in children, but also causes medical problems later in childhood. In fact, many childhood deaths from infectious diseases are closely associated with kidney involvement. The goal of World Kidney Day 2016 is to promote the idea that many adult kidney diseases actually begin in childhood. By recognizing the risk factors and events that exist in childhood, it is possible to identify and intervene early in people at high risk for CKD. Unlike adult CKD, the main cause of CKD in children is congenital and genetic abnormalities. To date, more than 150 genes have been identified that regulate kidney development or specifically regulate glomerular and tubular function. In developing countries, there is a high rate of kidney disease-related mortality, and differences in health care and prognosis between countries and regions need to be taken into account. Regional and national differences in public infrastructure result in significant differences in the health care that can be accessed. A focus on childhood kidney disease may achieve a cost-effective solution, as early treatment can effectively combat the progression of chronic kidney disease. IV. Prevention and treatment of childhood kidney disease The treatment strategy for childhood kidney disease differs from that for adult kidney disease, which is dominated by congenital and genetic disorders. Treatment measures for childhood kidney disease have been more limited, and only some immune diseases have alternative treatment measures. Since childhood kidney disease affects the growth and development of children and can affect their lives as adults, and since most children in developing countries lack medical resources, there is an urgent need to educate those involved in order to build a common communication and action alliance. Efforts need to be focused on expanding and reorganizing multidisciplinary cooperation by focusing on early diagnosis and treatment of kidney disease in children. Chinese medicine has some advantages in the treatment of chronic kidney disease. In conclusion, the purpose of World Kidney Day is to arouse the attention of all human beings to the attitude of chronic kidney disease and to raise the level of awareness of the high incidence, low awareness and low prevention of chronic kidney disease. Early diagnosis and early treatment of kidney disease is the key, and kidney disease in children needs to attract the attention of society in general, especially in terms of prevention, and now that the country has developed two children, eugenics needs special attention. Is your kidney healthy? Please pay attention to it. The examination is very simple: routine urinalysis, ultrasound and blood test can be screened. We hope you stay away from kidney disease. I wish you good health!
