Hepatitis B I, IV and V positive means that the patient tends to recover from acute hepatitis B infection or is a chronic hepatitis B carrier. Hepatitis B indicators are usually found in routine physical examination programs, if it shows hepatitis B one, four, five positive, it means hepatitis B surface antigen, hepatitis B E antibody and hepatitis B core antibody, these three indicators are positive, which is clinically referred to as “small triple positive”. Generally speaking, the infectiousness of hepatitis B in such patients is relatively low, but not absolutely, it is best to carry out more specific tests, such as HBV-DNA, liver function and other tests. Depending on the results of further tests, it will be decided whether further treatment is needed. If the liver function is normal, there is no need to worry too much, and regular review in the hospital can be; if there are signs of antiviral treatment, you need to go to the hospital for timely antiviral treatment.
