Lymphoma is a malignant blood disease originating from lymphatic tissue. The so-called lymphoma leukemia is actually divided into two conditions: 1. One condition is inert lymphoma, which easily invades the bone marrow, so many patients develop a manifestation similar to that of leukemia, that is, lymphoma cells appear in the bone marrow. This type of inert lymphoma is also called lymphoma leukemia after it invades the bone marrow. However, the whole clinical process is inert and the onset is slow, so active treatment is not necessary and some patients can wait for observation. 2. Because it usually occurs in the lymph nodes, liver and spleen, if there is invasion of the bone marrow, it is also called lymphoma leukemia. This type of lymphoma leukemia is the more advanced manifestation of lymphoma. In this case, intense chemotherapy needs to be given. In addition, depending on the type of patient, appropriate targeted therapy or even stem cell transplantation may be given.
