Leakage of urine after hypospadias is the most common complication of hypospadias surgery for the following reasons: 1, the site itself is thin or poor blood flow and poor tissue growth; 2, infection occurs after surgery, and the method or steps of urinary diversion are not correct. During the surgery, more tissue needs to be covered, the weak part is reinforced, and the urinary diversion is performed with a cannula. After the surgery, the patient’s signs should be frequently observed to see if there is any discharge from the wound, and if there is any discharge, antibiotics should be used to prevent infection.
