What are the examination considerations related to the initial diagnosis?

       Sex hormone test Blood will be drawn on an empty stomach in the morning of the 2nd-4th day of menstruation, at the blood draw table on the 6th floor of the clinic. You need to rest well the day before the test, not to stay up late and avoid straining, and to sit quietly for 20 minutes before drawing blood.  Vaginal ultrasound Patients who monitor ovulation will be seen on the 12th day of their menstrual cycle if their menstrual cycle is regular (28-30 day cycle), or on the 5th day of their menstrual cycle if their menstrual cycle is irregular. Avoid the most menstrual days and a small amount of bleeding will not affect the ultrasound.  Semen examination for male partner Semen examination for 2-7 days with abstinence and avoid staying up late, taking sauna or drinking alcohol before the examination (see Precautions for male partner to prepare for pregnancy).  Hysterosalpingography 3-7 days after menstrual cleansing without intercourse come to the hospital for vaginal discharge and gynecological examination, if there is no abnormality, radiology appointment for imaging.
