Is chest tightness a new form of coronary pneumonia?

The presence of chest tightness is not necessarily a new type of coronary pneumonia and should be diagnosed on a case-by-case basis. Chest tightness can be caused not only by airway inflammation, pneumonia and heart disease, but also by low air pressure, bad mood and many other reasons. The new coronary pneumonia will have chest tightness symptoms, especially in patients with more severe symptoms who have lung tissue damage, and most of them will have chest tightness and difficulty in breathing. If you have not been to the infected area or come in contact with the people involved, and you only have chest tightness, it is generally not novel coronary pneumonia. However, if you have arrived at the infected area or been in contact with related people and have symptoms of chest tightness along with fever, malaise, and dry cough, you should go to the hospital promptly to confirm the diagnosis.
