Lung cancer lymphatic metastasis includes proximal lymphatic metastasis and distant lymph node metastasis: if it is proximal lymphatic metastasis, it mainly includes lymph node metastasis in the lung gate. If lymph node metastasis of lung cancer is manifested as supraclavicular and cervical lymph node metastasis, surgical treatment cannot be taken, and chemotherapy and gene targeting therapy are required. Lung cancer with lymph node metastasis depends on the number of lymph node metastasis and the distance to the distant area. If the lung lymph node metastasis is in the ipsilateral hilar lymph node, surgery can be considered to prolong the patient’s survival time as much as possible.
