Pleurisy: inflammation occurring in the pleural cavity can be manifested as chest pain, chest tightness, etc. Tuberculous pleurisy is also accompanied by low-grade fever, night sweats and other systemic symptoms. 4. Trauma: local soft tissue injury or rib fracture caused by extrusion or impact, manifested as chest pain, chest tightness, etc., and the pain is aggravated when coughing or changing position, and skin lesions or bruises can be seen locally. Right upper chest pain can also be seen in other diseases, it is recommended that patients go to the regular hospital in a timely manner, so as not to delay the condition.
