Is Mentholatum Aminotransferase 47 serious?

Menthol aminotransferase 47 U/L is a mild elevation, and in most cases it is a physiologic elevation or benign lesion that is not serious. In a few patients, it is associated with extrusion syndrome, cirrhosis, and malignant lesions, which may be serious.
1. Not serious:
Mild elevation of menthyl aminotransferase can be seen in physiological factors such as staying up all night, exertion, strenuous exercise, etc. It is usually mild and is not serious.
2. Serious:
Mild elevation of MST can be seen in severe crush syndrome, cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma, hepatic stasis, biliary obstruction and myocardial infarction. It may also be seen as a result of overdose of hepatotoxic drugs such as phenobarbital, Valium, and finasteride, which may be more severe.
Mentholatum 47 U/L does not directly determine the severity of the disease, but should be judged under the guidance of a doctor in conjunction with the cause of the disease, symptoms and other tests.
