Novel coronavirus pneumonia can be cured. Although there is no specific drug for novel coronavirus, some patients have been partially cured after aggressive medical consultation and isolation treatment. Some patients with mild illnesses only show low fever and mild malaise without pneumonia, and they usually recover after 1 week. However, some patients can develop acute respiratory distress syndrome and septic shock, which are more critical and may lead to death in severe cases. Therefore, the new coronavirus pneumonia can be cured and patients need not be too alarmed and afraid.
