Chronic obstructive pulmonary and farmer’s lung, there is this relationship!

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, also called chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), is a technical term for patients with chronic bronchitis who have irreversible impairment of lung function due to long-term recurrent inflammation of the airways to a certain extent. Because the etiology of chronic bronchitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is the same, because long-term smoking or exposure to polluted air or biofuels causes chronic airway inflammation, the inflammation progresses, the inflammatory changes in the airway mucosa, the damage to the alveoli leads to structural changes in the airway, the patient develops irreversible obstructive airway ventilation dysfunction, and in addition to chronic bronchitis cough and sputum, the patient develops shortness of breath after activity and gradual worsening of symptoms, called slow obstructive pulmonary disease. If a patient is given pulmonary function, it will show that the patient has irreversible obstructive airway ventilation dysfunction, called slow-onset lung. The main cause is related to smoking, exposure to polluted air and long-term exposure to biofuels, such as wood burning and coal burning. Farmer’s lung refers to the acute allergic pneumonia, acute allergic alveolitis or acute eosinophilic pneumonia caused by the inhalation of a large number of allergens, mainly fungal allergens and pollen allergens, when entering and leaving the vegetable greenhouse, which is called farmer’s lung, and the cause is clear. Broadly speaking, farmers’ lung is also a chronic respiratory disease that often occurs when living in a rural environment, because some people in the rural environment often use biofuels for cooking, especially rural women, who burn coal and firewood for cooking, and she is exposed to such airborne particles for a long time. Including rural men also have a very high rate of smoking, they are also prone to develop chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, so that chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is also a kind of farmers’ lung in a broad sense.
