When to take mifepristone tablets

Mifepristone tablets can be used for early pregnancy termination and also for the treatment of adenomyosis adenomyoma or uterine fibroids. Generally, mifepristone tablets should be taken 2 hours before or 2 hours after meals for better efficacy of mifepristone tablets. If it is used to terminate pregnancy, it should be taken twice a day between 7-9 am and 7-9 pm. If it is used to treat uterine fibroids or adenomyosis, it should be taken at the same time every day. In general, routine liver and kidney function tests should be performed before taking the drug. If the liver and kidney function tests are normal, mifepristone tablets can be taken for termination of pregnancy or for the treatment of gynecological diseases.
