What happened to the dark eyes?

There are two different types of black eyes: blackened visual field and black patches on the surface of the eye skin or conjunctiva, and the causes and treatments are different. Black vision is usually caused by fundus hemorrhage, retinal artery spasm, hypoglycemia, hypotension, etc. It requires treatment of the primary cause to eliminate the symptoms, such as oral lecithin complex iodine or surgical treatment to promote absorption of fundus hemorrhage, sublingual nitroglycerin to promote relief of retinal artery spasm, and medical treatment to correct hypoglycemia or hypotension. Black plaques on the skin of the eye or on the surface of the white eye are usually caused by skin pigmented nevus or conjunctival pigmented nevus, which are usually stable. If the area is not large enough to be left untreated, but if the pigmented nevus is large enough to affect the appearance or has a significant increase in size within a short period of time, it can be surgically removed.
