        The Tiantan Cerebrovascular Disease Center is patient-centered and integrates the clinical treatment resources of several advantageous disciplines such as neurosurgery, neurology, neurointervention, emergency intervention, imaging, intensive care, neurorehabilitation, and emergency medicine to construct a strong medical team for cerebrovascular disease and continuously improve the quality of clinical treatment for cerebrovascular disease, and the center also has a strong epidemiological management, basic research, and basic and clinical application research platforms such as cerebrovascular disease drug development.         Clinical Department: Composed of five backbone departments and departments of outpatient and emergency medicine and neurological rehabilitation, each ward admits different types of patients.         1.Thrombolytic treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease

It carries out arterial puncture, central venous placement, hematoma fragmentation aspiration, ventricular puncture and volume monitoring technology, and is able to perform intracranial pressure, central venous pressure, invasive arterial pressure, as well as EEG and TCD monitoring.         Imaging Department: The imaging department of Tiantan Cerebrovascular Disease Center is based on cerebrovascular disease and has routinely carried out blood flow monitoring and vascular evaluation of TCD and vascular ultrasound to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular disease. CT perfusion imaging, MR perfusion imaging, and diffusion-weighted imaging are carried out in the emergency department to analyze the ischemic semidark zone to guide clinical thrombolytic treatment. It also explores the role of magnetic sensitivity weighted imaging, diffusion tensor imaging and functional imaging in the prognosis and rehabilitation of cerebrovascular diseases, reflecting the spirit of relentless pursuit of advanced medical technology.
         Research Department: The Research Department of the Cerebrovascular Disease Center of Tiantan Hospital carries out clinical and basic research with the thinking of translational medicine, and achieves organic unification of the two, forming an obvious collegial characteristic of combining clinical and scientific research.         The clinical research part is part of the Cerebrovascular Disease Clinical Trial and Clinical Research Center, the National Cerebrovascular Innovative Drug Clinical Evaluation Platform, and the Cerebrovascular Disease Phase I Clinical Trial Ward.
