Since 2000, I have been applying microscopic technology to carry out strabismus microscopic minimally invasive surgery, and have cured nearly 10,000 cases of strabismus patients inside and outside the province including: common strabismus and special types of strabismus. A strabismus microsurgery can be completed in more than 10 minutes. Surgery under microscopic vision, accurate operation, little tissue damage, quick healing of postoperative incision, muscle sutures using absorbable sutures, conjunctival incision is now also from the previous suture closure, to the current use of thermal coagulation method wireless closure of the incision, more scientific, safe and effective, reducing the patient’s postoperative discomfort and pain such as foreign body sensation.
The clinical application of **strabismus microscopy has many advantages compared with the previous surgery under the naked eye, and the postoperative complications such as adhesions and scarring, which affect the surgical results, are significantly reduced or do not occur.
