What’s wrong with a child’s cold feet when he sleeps?

Children sleeping with cold feet may be the influence of the environment, but also may be Yang deficiency, insufficient qi and blood and so on.
1. Environmental influence: because the environment in which the child sleeps is too cold, or the bedding is too thin, coupled with the child’s feet exposed to the outside, it is easy to appear that the child sleeps with cold feet.
2. Yang deficiency: due to the child’s diet is not healthy, endowment insufficiency (congenital constitution and function is not good) and so on caused by the body yang deficiency, warm function is weakened, which in turn is easy to cause the child to sleep cold feet. Sometimes also accompanied by long urine, pale, fatigue (mental exhaustion, physical weakness) and other symptoms.
3. Qi and blood insufficiency: children with Qi and blood insufficiency may have cold feet while sleeping, which is usually accompanied by symptoms such as poor mental health, fatigue, and lack of strength in speech.
