Epididymal nodules usually disappear in a few months

If the epididymal nodules are not treated, they will generally disappear after 2-3 months. The epididymal nodules themselves are a kind of sclerotic change produced after epididymitis and belong to a scar-like structure. When epididymitis is treated, some necrotic tissues will remain in the inflammation area, which can appear in isolation or in clusters. If this condition is not treated and metabolized by the autoimmune system alone, it usually takes about 2-3 months to be gradually digested and absorbed, which is relatively slow. If you are concerned or want to make it go away quickly, you can choose surgery to remove the nodules to make it go away quickly. If you don’t want to have surgery, you can also choose to apply hot towels to promote local blood circulation to speed up the receding of the nodules. In addition, it is recommended that patients should not have frequent sexual intercourse before the epididymal nodule disappears completely, as it will affect the remission of the nodule.
