The typical clinical manifestation of ovarian tumor torsion is severe pain on one side of the lower abdomen after a sudden change of position, often accompanied by nausea and vomiting, and even shock due to severe abdominal pain. The occurrence of ovarian tumor torsion is often related to the change of position, and the sudden onset of severe pain on one side of the lower abdomen after the change of position. For example, lying on the right side may reduce abdominal pain, but once the position is changed, lying on the left side may aggravate abdominal pain again. The three major complications of ovarian tumor are: a. Tumor torsion, b. Rupture, and c. Rupture. Rupture. Third, infection. After acute torsion of ovarian tumor, because of the obstruction of venous return, the tumor can increase rapidly, and after a long time, the tumor can become necrotic, rupture and secondary infection.
