Baby constipation eat banana laxative? Don’t do anything stupid!

Can bananas really laxative? Banana laxative is because banana contains a lot of dietary fiber that cannot be absorbed by the body, and the high sugar content of banana itself makes the intestines absorb a lot of water during the digestion process. The digestive system and intestinal function of young children are relatively weak, so eating bananas when constipated will seriously affect the digestive system and intestinal function, making the stomach and intestines passively increase the digestive load to deal with dietary fiber. The digestive system of young children is still developing, and the increased gastrointestinal burden will likely cause gastrointestinal diseases. Under the seemingly solved constipation problem, in fact buried the hidden danger of future gastrointestinal dysfunction and susceptibility to gastrointestinal disease! So, don’t use bananas to give your baby a laxative!
