Pregnant women and their families usually only need to know the conclusions of the examination, because the pictures and descriptions of the ultrasound examination are more specialized, and need to be specially trained to learn the professional people to be able to do the judgment of normal or not. If there is an abnormality, the doctor will explain to the pregnant woman and her family and guide the next step of examination and treatment. Multiple ultrasounds are not able to see all of the baby’s structure, which is often related to the position of the fetus. There are also some smaller abnormalities that the ultrasound is not accurate enough to see.
