Head trauma in traffic accidents

If the larynx and nose bleed a lot, it is easy to cause breathing difficulties, and the injured person should be allowed to take a drowsy position to make it easier to breathe.  Note 1, after the injury light headache dizziness, indicating that it is a minor injury; in addition there is pupil dilatation, hemiparesis or twitching, that is at least a medium brain injury.  2, traumatic brain injury patients once the frequent vomiting, headache and confusion and other symptoms, that must not be careless, should be quickly sent to the hospital for treatment.  3, after the injury, such as cerebrospinal fluid outflow, it is best not to use gauze, skimmed cotton and other stuffed in the nasal cavity or external ear canal, because this causes infection.
