So as to establish a good defecation reflex.  (2) Those who eat too little should have more diet, eat more green leafy vegetables, soybeans, sweet potatoes, nuts and other laxative foods, and eat less spicy and stimulating foods.  (3) food is too fine, should eat more coarse fiber food, such as dates, persimmons, grapes, apricots, apples, duck pears, bananas, garlic, watercress, wild rice, bitter gourd, leek, pineapple, celery, bamboo shoots, snow peas, etc.  (4) drink more water, the texture of the stool and the number of times and the amount of water, such as the intestinal cavity to maintain a sufficient amount of water to soften the stool, the stool is easy to discharge.
