What are the symptoms of patients with chronic bronchitis combined with emphysema?

Patients with chronic bronchitis and emphysema, i.e. chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), have different symptoms, with a slow onset and long duration, and differ in the stable phase, acute exacerbation, pulmonary heart disease with heart failure, and severe COPD, as follows: 1. In severe cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, corresponding complications may arise and cause related clinical symptoms, such as severe respiratory failure and pulmonary encephalopathy. 4. In pulmonary heart disease with heart failure, the patient may show clinical manifestations such as scanty urination, swelling of both lower limbs, heartburn and abdominal distension. Patients can have clinical manifestations such as heart panic, abdominal distension, etc. Advanced patients can also be accompanied by weight loss, loss of appetite and other symptoms.
