T1 is divided into T1a (≤2cm) or T1b (>2cm, ≤3cm). 2.T2 is divided into T2a (>3cm, ≤5cm or T2 of other factors) or T2b (>5cm, ≤7cm). 3. T2 with tumor >7cm was classified as T3. 4. Satellite nodules in the same lung lobe of the primary tumor were classified as T3. 5. Satellite nodules in different lung lobes on the same side of the primary tumor were classified as T4. 6. Pleural dissemination (malignant pleural effusion, pericardial effusion or pleural nodules) was classified as M1. 2. M staging: 1. pleural dissemination (malignant pleural effusion, pericardial effusion or pleural nodules) was classified as M1a. 2. satellite nodules in the contralateral lobe of the primary tumor was classified as M1a. 3. distant metastasis (pulmonary/extra pleural) was classified as M1 b. 4. TNM staging: 1. T2bN0M0 was changed from stage IB to stage IIA. 2, T2aN1M0 changed from stage IIB to stage IIA. 3, T4N0-1M0 changed from stage IIIB to stage IIIA.
