Just as the body can get sick, so can the mind. Psychiatrist Frankl wrote in Death and Love, “One matures in distress and grows in distress.” Thus everyone is plagued by troubles in the pursuit of a good life. Some people rely on their own strength to overcome their discomfort with things and can face life with enthusiasm; while others are too worried about certain things, unable to bear the pressure, lose their rationality in speech and behavior, and even some behaviors violate moral standards or social norms, all of which belong to the category of psycho-psychiatric disorders. The pathogenesis of psycho-psychiatric disorders is still in the speculative stage, and scholars today generally believe that mental disorders are formed by a combination of causes: some causes are inherited from birth, including some characteristics inherited from parents and some organic lesions that occur during fetal life and birth, and some causes, such as major changes in the living environment, the use of drugs and physical illnesses can also induce the onset of the disease. In fact, many people in today’s society are in the middle of health and disease, which is called “subhealth” and has a wider impact. People in a sub-healthy state are able to go to school and work normally, but they are filled with tension and anxiety, have difficulty concentrating, and often make mistakes, which can lead to various physical and mental illnesses over time. So put aside the prejudice against mental illness, and actively seek professional help, this is the effective solution, otherwise you can only go farther and farther down a dark path ……
