Head metastasis is very common in lung cancer, whether it is squamous or adenocarcinoma or small cell carcinoma. Lung cancer metastasis to the head mainly manifests as nausea, headache, visual impairment, vomiting mostly as jet vomiting, and if brain herniation occurs, it will lead to death. After lung cancer metastases to the brain, CT, enhanced CT and MRI of the head can be used to further clarify the number of metastatic lesions and whether they are accompanied by cerebral edema, so as to provide targeted head radiotherapy and dehydrating agent treatment to reduce the symptoms of intracranial hypertension and relieve clinical symptoms. In addition to treating the primary lung lesions, radiotherapy for the head is also needed. If the patient is unable to tolerate the comprehensive treatment plan, accompanied by decreased blood count and obvious suppression of the three fine, liver and kidney failure, the patient’s prognosis is mostly poor. Therefore, metastasis of lung cancer to the brain is the most common and difficult to treat, and the prognosis is poor.
