The patient, a 56-year-old male, had weakness in the extremities for 1 month. Two lesions on the left and right were removed in a single craniotomy and pathologically confirmed as glioblastoma. Preoperatively, the muscle strength of left upper limb was grade 4, left lower limb was grade 3, right upper limb was grade 3, and right lower limb was grade 1; postoperatively, the muscle strength of left upper limb was grade 5, left lower limb was grade 4, right upper limb was grade 3, and right lower limb was grade 1. Postoperative radiotherapy of 60Gy and temozolomide synchronous and adjuvant chemotherapy was performed. Currently progression-free survival for 12 months. The images are preoperative and postoperative head MRI axial and sagittal comparisons. The high signal (white) lesion shown by the red arrow is the tumor before surgery. The postoperative green arrow shows the operative cavity after total tumor resection (black).
