Conservative treatment of diabetic foot “Tong’s therapy”

It is evident that our treatment results are not achieved in the mild patient population, but in the relatively more serious condition! These severe patients are the ones we have summarized and well applied the method of conditioning the root and foot refinement according to their condition. We call it diabetic foot Tong’s therapy for short. We have summarized our experience, which includes three main points: 1. Improving blood supply to the foot Since lower limb vascular lesions in diabetic patients are different from other types of vascular lesions, balloon dilation and stenting, including vascular bypass efficacy are not ideal, while the risks of surgery are great: bleeding, re-clogging, infection, infarction of other organs, etc. Our internal treatment is characterized by a high safety profile, a focus on improving collateral circulation, proven efficacy in practical studies, a course of treatment, follow-up, and repeatability. We treat diabetic foot ulcers and improve blood supply all by this group of programs. 2.Rational gradual debridement Our motto is to preserve any tissue that can be preserved. In addition to our own special conventional debridement, we also have a unique method of reducing ulcers and preserving recoverable tissues. The following are examples of our conventional debridement, which ensure debridement of necrotic infected tissue, preservation of potentially recoverable tissue, and promotion of ulcer healing. 3.Promote ulcer healing No matter what methods are applied to improve blood supply to the foot and debridement, due to the specificity of the area where the ulcer is located, growth is very slow and promoting it to heal as soon as possible requires medications and techniques. We have introduced a variety of growth factors, as well as homemade Chinese and Western medicines, which can be used rationally to ensure that the dead wood comes back to life.
