Moxibustion for uterine cold

Moxibustion can treat uterine cold, and it is more effective in treating uterine cold, especially for women with uterine cold and dysmenorrhea, and uterine cold and infertility. The basic principle of moxibustion is to use a lit moxa stick (moxa pillar) to heat up the relevant acupuncture points, penetrate the heat into the meridians, and then the medicinal effect travels along the meridians, thus regulating the body. Women with uterine cold can choose to apply moxibustion at abdominal points such as Zhongji, Guan Yuan, Shen Que, Qi Hai, and limb points such as Sanyinjiao and Sansili. Note that the duration of moxibustion should be half an hour per day.
